Wilde's Fire by Krystal Wade

There is no easy way to say this – Krystal Wade is scary.  Mean, bad, twisted, scary.  Not that you’d ever guess it from the innocent cut of her below.  Talk about the proverbial butter wouldn’t melt.

Well, let me tell you there’s a lot more going on behind those baby browns than dreams of snaring a hunky date for the high school prom. There’s this for a start. The tagline and trailer for her first book in a trilogy entitled Wilde's Fire:

“There is no pain in this death, only peace,
knowing I am going to die with the one I love the most.”

Mind you, given that she's the mother of three young children who endures a daily fifty mile commute week in, week out, to bring home the bacon via the sluglines of Washington D.C., is it any wonder fantasies of escaping the rat race have resulted in such warped imaginings?  I think not.  Personally, I'd be fit to be tied.

Moreover, there are readers out there who aren't a bit afraid the dark stuff that have this to say:
“Thrilling, sexy and inventive! Krystal Wade's debut novel, Wilde's Fire weaves a unique and mesmerizing world where darkness reigns and new love prevails. It's a page turner that will leave you begging for more.”  Dawna Raver
“I thoroughly enjoyed reading Wilde's Fire ... the book was compelling, exciting and unique.”  Katherine Polk
Intrigued and want to know more?  Be my guest.  But don’t say I didn’t warn you.
